The internet is awash with companies offering to book your driving test for you, they will charge you a booking fee on top of the DVSA fee.

It is always best to book direct with the DVSA as they will be easier to deal with if problems occur rather that going through a third party, plus you will save money.

To avoid this always book direct with .gov.uk. Some of these third party  websites are very convincing, so always check that you are on the official .gov.uk website. 

Click on the padlock icon in the address bar on the site you are using to check out if it is legitimate.
